At Hushhoods, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and at the most affordable rates. Please review the details below to understand how shipping works.

Shipping Charges

  • Flat Shipping Fee (Pakistan): PKR 250 on all orders.
  • Free Shipping: Orders above PKR 5,000 qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Time

We work hard to deliver your order as fast as possible.

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (may vary by city).
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.

Note: Delivery time may vary due to courier workload, weather conditions, or operational delays.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays.

Courier Partners

We ship nationwide using trusted courier services, including but not limited to:

  • Leopard Courier
  • TCS
  • M&P
  • Trax Logistics

You will receive an SMS or WhatsApp tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Failed Delivery / Reattempts

  • If a customer does not respond to courier calls or provides an incomplete address, the courier will make up to two (2) delivery attempts.
  • Repeated failed attempts may result in order cancellation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan.
  • Customers must ensure their contact number is active for delivery confirmation.

Important Notes

  • Hushhoods is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Address changes can be made only before the order is shipped.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly from the estimated timeline.
